Barrelling On

The fruits of the harvest are now in the winery. And this year we are using French oak barrels for a still Chardonnay with some barrelling of a Pinot Noir rosé and another Pinot Gris. PLUS a red Pinot Noir in barrel for the long term! Juice tasting fantastic. So next year's product keenly awaited.

And also 5 tonnes of PN, CH and Pinot Meunier for another classic cuvée sparkling. All in all a tremendous harvest.
