This 6 bottle case of classic English sparkling wine from Heppington estate has a pale straw gold colour with a delicate and fine mousse. It shows a subtle toastiness on the nose and a soft opening on the palate with a delicate lees-aged character, hints of stone fruit and white flowers and a persistent finish.
