Blanc de Blancs 2019

Elegant and refined, this 100% Chardonnay sparkler shows aromas of toast, lemon, and nuts, which open up on tasting to reveal crisp green apple and pear, accompanied by notes of biscuity lemon zest. The palate is lifted by bright acidity and a touch of minerality, giving the wine a long, lingering finish with evolving flavours of citrus and brioche.

Produced on the chalk slopes overlooking Canterbury Cathedral, Heppington’s Blanc de Blancs is hand-harvested and crafted using the traditional method — each bottle reflecting the purity and finesse of the Kent Downs’ unique terroir.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
ABV: 12%

Sparkling Rosé 2019

Pale pink and vibrant, this elegant rosé sparkler reveals hints of red fruits and citrus. Medium-bodied with well-balanced acidity, it has a gentle texture and a refreshing, lingering finish — the perfect partner to light summer dishes or celebrations in the garden.

Grapes: Pinot Noir 63%, Pinot Meunier 23%, Chardonnay 10%, Pinot Précoce 4%
ABV: 12%

"Pale pink. Vibrant on nose with hints of red fruits and citrus. Medium bodied with high but well-balanced acidity and moderate textural mouthfeel with a medium finish."

Classic Cuvée 2019

A truly elegant, dry sparkler expressing the chalky minerality of the site, with a touch of creaminess and silkiness on the palate. Flavours of white peach, greengage and lemon combine with fine balance and precision — a superb aperitif and a natural partner for seafood.

Grapes: Pinot Noir 46%, Chardonnay 39%, Pinot Meunier 15%
ABV: 12%
