The palate is refined by bright acidity and a touch of minerality, giving the wine a long, lingering finish with evolving flavours of citrus and brioche.

Produced on the chalk slopes overlooking Canterbury Cathedral, Heppington’s Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from estate-grown Chardonnay, hand-harvested and crafted using the traditional method. Each bottle reflects the purity and finesse that define the Kent Downs’ unique terroir.
