This elegant Blanc de Blancs shows aromas of toast, lemon, and nuts, which open up on tasting to reveal crisp green apple and pear, accompanied by notes of biscuity lemon zest. The palate is refined by bright acidity and a touch of minerality, giving the wine a long, lingering finish with evolving flavours of citrus and brioche.

Produced on the chalk slopes overlooking Canterbury Cathedral, Heppington’s Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from estate-grown Chardonnay, hand-harvested and crafted using the traditional method. Each bottle reflects the purity and finesse that define the Kent Downs’ unique terroir.
