Sampling the wines of 2022

It is always very exciting to sample the new wines from the last harvest from tank and barrel and to discuss with our fabulous wine makers at Defined Wine what adjustments need to be made. The growing conditions were exceptional last summer and, as hoped, all of the wines are shaping up beautifully. It’s too early to give away our particular favourites, suffice it to say that 2022 promises to have been an outstanding year
