Green harvesting

With about 3 weeks to go before harvest we've been taking underripe fruit off the vines in selected rows to be used for our Pinot Noir red. It's called green harvesting. After a challenging wet growing season in which we've been fighting off disease the crop is shaping up nicely. Fingers crossed for the final push.
